Abbys' BIG girl bed!
Today Abby got her new BIG girl bed! We got the bed from our neighbors who had started to refinish it but never finished. So Abby and I painted it white and have assembled it in her room. She also got some new Tinkerbell sheets to put on her new bed. She nis very excited and will sleep tonight in it for the first time.

Just a quick thank you to all the people who have helped us out after the arrival of Tia. The Everitt family took such good care of Abby while we were in the hospital leaving us to concentrate on getting used to having a little one again. Abbys' Aunt Melanie spent a week with us helping Jane, playing with Abby and keeping our home in order. Many people from church have provided us with meals and support. We appreciate everyones sacrifice on our behalf andhope that we can take your example and put it into action the next opportunity we get!
Abby turned 3 years old!
Abby had a big birthday bash at the local Jumpy house! There was a large turnout and tons of fun was to be had by all. Especially me! She sure appreciated having so family show up to celebrate with her. She really loves her Aunts, cousins, grandparents and friends. I never thought she would ever become such a big girl so fast! Next thing i know she will want the keys to the car or worse yet..... THE CAR!
9/11 is a day that brings sad memories to some but it was the day we had our little ABBY!
Tia is 2 weeks old!
9/2/08 Abby begins Pre-school
Abby begun pre-school for the first time today, the day Tia was born. She is so excited to learn new things and share those things with us! She also blames any unwanted new skills on school also (i.e. biting, hitting, and some not so good words)! Gotta love youth!
9/2/08 Tia has arrived!
Today our daughter Tia Jane was born! She weighed 8lbs. 1 1/2 ozs. and measured 22" long. The labor was long but both Mom and Tia are doing well. I give a lot of credit to Jane for her calm spirit and hard work bringing Tia to us. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family. Some might ask me how I like being outnumbered by women? Well, it's not much different than my childhood!
